Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026

Overtime Men's Health is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to health information and care should not depend on a person's abilities, and we work to provide a website experience that is usable, understandable, and available to the widest possible audience.

Our Commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing priority for us, not a one-time project. We strive to remove barriers that may prevent people from accessing our content and completing tasks such as learning about our services, scheduling a consultation, and managing their account. As we develop new features and update existing ones, we aim to incorporate accessibility into our design and development process.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are working toward substantial conformance with these standards across our website. Some portions of the site may not yet fully meet every criterion, and we are actively working to identify and address those areas.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we incorporate a range of practices into the design and development of our website, including:

  • Semantic HTML and a logical document structure so that content is meaningful to assistive technologies such as screen readers.
  • Keyboard navigation support so that interactive elements can be reached and operated without a mouse.
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background to improve readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
  • Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images and descriptive labels for form fields, buttons, and links.
  • Responsive, resizable layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and support content scaling and zoom.
  • Clear, descriptive headings and link text to help users understand and navigate page content.

We also consider accessibility when reviewing third-party tools and content used on the site, and we encourage our vendors to support accessible standards.

Known Limitations and Continuous Improvement

Despite our efforts, some content or features on our website may not yet be fully accessible. This can occur with certain third-party components, embedded content, or older material that has not yet been updated. We treat accessibility as a continuous improvement process: we regularly review our website, address issues as they are identified, and work to raise our overall level of conformance over time. If you encounter a barrier that is not described here, we want to hear about it so we can address it.

Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website, need information in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility barrier, please contact us. When reaching out, it helps to include the web address (URL) of the page, a description of the problem, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, so that we can investigate and respond effectively.

We welcome your feedback and will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, service, or assistance you are seeking through an accessible means.

Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect improvements to our website, changes in applicable standards, or updates to our accessibility practices. We encourage you to review this statement periodically.
